3. Cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, beacons, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies. These tools can collect or transmit information such as IP address, device/browser identifiers, page URL, referring URL, page title, page views, clicks, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and interaction data. Some tools are necessary for site operation; others are used only for analytics, advertising, attribution, embedded content, or support functions.
Non-essential analytics, marketing, social-media, chat, and similar tools should be configured so they do not load until the visitor has provided the consent required by applicable law and the Site’s consent banner. Visitors should be able to reject non-essential cookies and later change preferences through the cookie settings or Your Privacy Choices link.

4. Search, forms, chat, and information entered by visitors
Site search: The Site includes a public search feature. Search terms can sometimes appear in a search-results URL or page title. To reduce privacy and wiretap/pen-register litigation risk, we configure, or intend to configure, the Site so non-essential third-party analytics, advertising, social-media, chat, and similar tools do not receive search terms unless the visitor has provided appropriate consent and the disclosure is permitted by applicable law.
Visitors should not enter confidential, sensitive, payment-card, health, government identification, or private personal information into the public search field. The search field is intended only for general product and website navigation.
Forms and chat: When you submit a form, send an email, request a quote, request support, or use a chat feature, we collect the information you choose to provide and use it to respond, provide customer service, process the request, maintain records, and improve our products and services. We do not intend to use form fields or chat tools to capture keystrokes before submission except as necessary for the tool to function and as disclosed through the consent mechanism where required.
5. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- Respond to requests, quotes, support inquiries, product questions, and other communications.
- Process orders, returns, shipping, payment, tax, and customer-service requests where applicable.
- Analyze traffic, diagnose technical issues, measure content performance, and understand product interest.
- Measure advertising performance, attribute campaigns, and conduct remarketing or targeted advertising where permitted by law and consent settings.
- Protect against spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, maintain business records, and defend legal claims.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers, processors, contractors, and business partners that help us operate the Site and our business. These may include hosting providers, security providers, analytics vendors, advertising platforms, tag-management providers, embedded-content providers, payment processors, ecommerce platforms, shipping/tax tools, customer support tools, form/email delivery providers, and professional advisers.
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or similar process; to protect rights, safety, and security; in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; or with your consent or at your direction.
Some disclosures to advertising, analytics, or social-media providers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. See the Your Privacy Choices section below.
7. Your privacy choices
Cookie choices: You can manage cookie settings through the Site’s consent banner, cookie-preference center, or browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.
Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share: Where required by applicable law, you may opt out of disclosures that may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. The Site should provide a clear footer link titled “Your Privacy Choices,” “Your California Privacy Choices,” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” If such a link is not yet live, it should be added before or at the same time this Policy is published.
Global Privacy Control: Where required by applicable law, we honor qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, by treating the signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising for that browser or device.
Marketing communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Transactional or service messages may still be sent when necessary.
