D360 – Portable Drone Monitor System

The D360, portable UAS (unmanned aerial system) monitor system, brings video monitoring into a single rugged case. It features a large 32”, 2,500 nit full-HD display that remains readable in direct sunlight (no sunshade needed). The screen and controls are housed in a wheeled, waterproof Pelican-style case, providing the capabilities of a full-size command station in a smaller package. Users get real-time situational awareness and live video broadcast from the field with an optional onboard PC, the same benefits as larger platforms but fully self-contained and mobile. Optional upgrades (onboard PC, screen splitter, external battery pack, wireless video link, custom foam inserts, company logo, etc.) allow tailoring the system to any mission.

DISPLAY

A high-brightness 32” LCD is the centerpiece. The screen is ultra-bright (2,500 nits), making it easily visible even under harsh daylight. It supports full 1920×1080 video (no shade required). The display has multiple inputs (HDMI in and loop-out) and two USB power ports for controllers or charging. The monitor and case are built rugged: the lid is reinforced and the entire case includes cooling fans to protect electronics in hot environments. Options for screen splitting and multiple inputs are available.

OPTIONAL ONBOARD COMPUTER

An optional mini-PC can be installed to livestream video and provide situational awareness for everyone involved in the operation. Data and imagery can be shared in real-time with others in any location via Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Zoom conference software.

INPUTS AND OUTPUTS

The case features HDMI inputs and outputs, along with USB outputs. These can be customized to suit your needs.

POWER

The D360 runs on AC power (110-240 VAC) for operation. Optionally, a large battery pack or generator can be included to run the unit off-grid. An AC outlet inside the case is provided for recharging drone batteries and other accessories.

STORAGE AND CUSTOMIZATION

Inside the case, optional custom-cut foam compartments can be provided for drones, controllers, batteries, and cables. The layout is flexible and custom slots can be added along with optional company branding. The case itself is a rugged Pelican case or similar with external wheels and a pull handle. Total weight of the unit without options is about 85 lbs. Optional extras and customizations add to the weight.
