Elastec Return Policy
This Product Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning industrial equipment purchased from Elastec Inc. Our goal is to ensure a transparent and fair process for all customers, regardless of their role within their organization.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products Eligible for Return: Only standard, non-customized industrial equipment purchased directly from Elastec Inc., is eligible for return.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
*Elastec Lake Mower is subject to a 30 day return window - Condition Requirements: Returned equipment must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all manuals, accessories, and documentation. Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for return.
Return Process
- Initiate Return Request
- Contact our Customer Service team at elastec@elastec.com or (618) 382-2525 to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions.
- Prepare and Ship the Product
- Pack the equipment securely in its original packaging.
- Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returned products.
- This fee covers inspection, handling, and administrative costs associated with processing returns.
Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Deductions: The refund will reflect the original purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees, installation costs, and customized products are non-refundable.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: Equipment manufactured or modified to customer specifications cannot be returned.
- Used or Damaged Products: Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are excluded from this policy.
Additional Information
- Inspection: All returned products are subject to inspection. If the equipment does not meet the eligibility criteria, the return may be refused, and the product will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Disputes: For any disputes regarding returns, please contact Elastec Inc., Customer Service for resolution.
