A whirlwind of fire and intense heat is created inside the drum, burning refuse while greatly reducing smoke and odors. Once combustion is complete, only 3% ash remains. The SmartAsh mobile incinerator is ideal for remote locations with limited facilities for disposing of waste, such as mining, military, camps, expedition bases, and remote communities, etc. The Oil Away attachment can also be used to burn waste oils that may be hard to recycle in remote areas. The SmartAsh mobile incinerator can be used with or without fuel. For dry loads that support combustion, SmartAsh incinerates waste with incredible efficiency. Simply light the fire, place the lid and turn up the blower to create an intense fire. For loads having a moisture content above 15%, the SmartAsh with OilAway Attachment provides a unique fuel injection system that allows the incineration of a large variety of refuse and waste materials. Exhausted heat can be recovered using the SmartHeat accessory, this waste to heat system maximizes the calorific value of the waste.

OilAway Attachment
The OilAway Attachment is an accessory for the Smart Ash Incinerator which injects waste oil into a burning Smart Ash. It can be used for wet loads that typically are not burnable in the Smart Ash. Setup includes 10 ft. (3m) discharge hose, quick coupler, stainless steel stand pipe with replaceable nozzles, drum installation kit. The OilAway Attachment (fuel injection) enables loads with a moisture content above 15% to be burned. A pump delivers waste oils into the drum using a spray rail arrangement.
Document Burner
The Document Burner is an insert that fits into the drum. This insert insures incineration of paper products and important documents when no other high BTU material is added.
Easy-Feed Lid and Cartridge
The Easy-Feed Cartridge allows operators to inject refuse into the barrel while the unit is in operation.
SmartHeat
SmartHeat is more than a furnace, it is a way to burn used absorbent materials on-site and to generate “free heat” at the same time. It reduces waste management costs and worry over long term and second-person contamination liability. On-site burning of used absorbents is a “free fuel” creating a cost-saving auxiliary heat source for your facility.
SmartHeat is easy to operate. Simply load the SmartAsh with oily waste, ignite, and clamp on the lid. Switch on SmartHeats’ 1000 cfm blower. Vented to ambient air, SmartHeat pulls cool air from inside the building, forces it through the exterior heat exchanger (located above SmartAsh), and returns heated air to assist in warming the facility.
