
Elastec equipment was used in a pipeline oil spill training exercise. The training appeared in a September 14, 2017 online article from the News Tribune. The following is an excerpt from the article.
“Employees from Enbridge practiced releasing a skimmer, which glides across the top of the water, underneath the Route 23 Bridge in Ottawa on Wednesday morning.”
“The pipeline company was conducting a field equipment deployment drill with Ottawa Fire Department and Ottawa River Rescue.
