Elastec visited by Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs Convention attendees

Elastec was visited this morning by attendees of the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs (ADDC) Convention. The guests were given a presentation covering Elastec’s line of equipment for oil spill response such as skimmers and vacuum systems. The group was able to learn about how the company was created and new products that have been developed in recent years, including the X150 Skimmer Launching System and the Inlander Boat and Barge.

ADDC visit smallThe 67th Annual ADDC Convention and Educational conference is being held in Evansville, Indiana, September 17-22. Attendees were able to choose from three different full-day field trips on Wednesday, September 19.

The ADDC is comprised of 48 clubs in seven regions throughout the United States and Canada. Membership is open to individuals actively employed in, affiliated with, or retired from the petroleum, energy, or allied industries, as well as, those interested in increasing their knowledge about the energy field. ADDC membership is also granted to students enrolled in an accredited course of study with a declared major in the petroleum, energy, or allied industries.
